Standard Warranty: Includes a Standard warranty as stated in the description from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects such as Defective-on-arrival (DOA) which is within 7 days. If the item is DOA(Defective-on-arrival), the customer must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customer has 7 days to inspect the product & report DOA. After 7 days item can only be exchanged. Properly pack the item, Merchandise must be returned in its original new unused condition.(Defective-on-arrival units returned will be tested before sending a replacement or refund.So pls be sure of what you said.)
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance. For exchange due to buyer ordering the wrong item, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees and 15% restocking fee. Generally speaking,refund or replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
